Elegant Occasions features elegant facility rental and assistance with creating your special occasion of 50 guests or less.  Our elegant, intimate space is perfect for any occasion.  Whether corporate, personal or professional we'd love to add our elegant touch.  We'll host your birthday celebration of any age, intimate wedding, prom send off party, corporate meeting, pop up shop, and any other occasion, the possibilities are limitless.  We offer many add on features such as balloon designs & themed parties, to assist with personalizing your occasion at an additional charge.

Within your contract Elegant Occasions can handle every aspect of your event or you may simply rent the facility.  Your occasion maybe professionally catered or self catered. Your professional caterer and staffing company must provide proof of insurance.  We will handle the cleanup of any fully serviced event by Elegant Occasions.  Any event utilizing your own vendor requires clean up by the vendor/host.  Any clean up not  completed  for these events would result in a reduction of the security deposit.

 

A $200. refundable security deposit plus 50% of all charges are due at the time the event is booked.  Adjustments for additional services may occur up to 7 days prior to the date of the event.  Security deposits will be refunded within 3 business days after the event, (providing no damages occurred during the event).
